Opened the door and it was poring down rain. My dog stops in his tracks like no way. I remember I have his rain jacket. I grab it, rip the velcro and my dog runs out the door fast as he can. I think he doesn't understand that I have to actually put it on him to work lol. But the one time he did wear it it fit well and stayed on. Good quality. Helps my dog go outside even in the rain.

This is the best rain coat we hVe had hNds down! Fits great and it is very comfortable for the fur baby so they want to put it on! We Love it!

I purchased this a couple years ago. This is a bright, very functional jacket. I do love the green iridescent, and this is perfect for a short haired dog. Unfortunately I have a Wooley Husky. (A Husky/Malamute mix) and she has a double coat with thick long fur as an outer coat. Both the fleece lining and especially the Velcro fasteners get clogged with long black and white fur. It is nearly impossible to clean the Velcro of dog hair. You may ask why would I need a rain coat for a husky. The rain doesn't bother her, but when she shakes, I get soaked, and if I don't cover her she is a three towel dog and 15 minutes to dry. With the cover I get by with one towel for the paws, leg feathers and stomach. I am now looking for a raincoat with either buckle or Velcro fasteners on the the back of my dog. Also notice the picture description with a German Shepherd. The jacket is too short for a dog with a long back and flops around when they shake. I would make it about 2" longer with rear leg straps.

This dog jacket was the easiest to put on my dog and it kept him warm while he was outdoors during cool nights. A German shepherd who loves being outside, he refuses to come in unless it’s very cold. I worried about him, so I bought these awhile jacket. He seems to like it. He doesn’t try to take it off like other jackets, so it must be comfortable for him. The outer liner keeps cold out and the inner liner keeps him warm. Would buy again.

it fits perfect ! but better than that .. besides I like it because its easy to put on a squirming pup but first coat she doesn't run though the bushes and rub it off she even likes wearing it kept her dry and me happy .. great coat wish I found it years ago!

I’m basically disappointed with this product because it only provides protection against a light rain, and only for a short time. After fifteen or twenty minutes in a moderate rain the outer layer loses its “waterproof “ quality and the lining underneath becomes very damp. The lining also does not dry out quickly and is still damp when I put the raincoat back on my dog for the next walk. In addition, it isn’t long enough to cover my dog’s entire back. The problem seems to be the ratio of circumference to length, with the length being too short. I got the extra large for my 45 lb. dog, an Australian Shepherd mix, to fit her around the chest, as the next larger size would be to loose, resulting in inadequate coverage of her back. I would not recommend this product based on my experience with it.

Very well made. My fault for not sizing correctly. Too small for my shepherd. I will be giving it to my grandson's dog.

Great value - these are made very well and fit nicely. We purchased (2) for our large 100 lb dogs. The reflective trim feature separating the bright color from the dark is really helpful too for those early morning walks. They are a nice weight and will provide a little warmth too as the weather gets cooler.
