This made my towing experience so much smoother. Moderately easy to install . They work very well and helped going up and down hills allot smoother. The fit was perfect.

Missing critical parts
Could not install as parts were missing. Vendor re-sent ALL the nuts and bolts, etc. However, the instructions call for a 'dry run' assembly to check clearances, etc. The flat washers that come with the kit are NOT 3/8", but somewhere between 3/8" and 5/16". Couldn't use them.If you do a 'dry run', you cannot use the nuts that come in the kit, as they are non-reversing lock nuts. They will not come apart, even with a powered impact driver. I purchased nylok nuts (hardware store), with actual lock washers and correct size flat washers, and these worked just fine.I am replacing all the air fittings, as the push-in-to-seal are kind of kludgy. After extra expenses and time figuring all this out, I find the air bags work OK.I did not see anywhere in the online or written literature about having to reverse the upper support bracket bolt, as it interferes with the BW 5th wheel hitch I just put on.QA and QC issues should be addressed before assembling the kit and sending it out to a customer. Fortunately I was able to use local resources to get the job done.

Great set up!
I haul a 45' 5th wheel with my F350, very heavy pin weight. These bags take out all the squat on the truck and make a nice soft ride too!

Don’t use an impact
You pretty much have to tighten all the bolts by hand, an impact even a 3/8 Milwaukee M2 will rattle things so hard and mess up the threads, the threads from the start are very tough to thread on, luckily I did this in my shop with a tap and die, set on hand, i’ve had this installed for about two weeks now, the valve stem cores have to be tightened from the start, and I’ve had to replace both quarter inch air fittings in the top of the airbags because they leaked.

Fit perfect 2012 F350 super duty dually
, remove the truck has the 5th ball hitch but few task job to to find the hole on drive side, put back and got it. Few hours installing.Suggestion need longer carriage bolt.
