Easy to assemble, but will it last?
This product was definitely easy to assemble, although it is not terribly sturdy. None of the drilled holes are reinforced, even though most are meant to be load bearing. The screws (phillips head) are soft, and the provided screwdriver isn't a good fit, so the screws are very easy to strip. We needed to use a drill, albeit gingerly, to secure the construction as hand tightening didn't cut it. Lastly the wheels are really very small and somewhat flimsy, so I can foresee needing to upgrade them with time. Something to be aware of; there are no drill holes to utilize the adjustable height. There are screw knobs that hold the bars with pressure. It's a challenge to get the sides level when adjusting and almost requires you to be eye level to do so; maybe not so disability friendly. With all of this said, however, the design is fairly solid after construction, the sides are easy to lift and lower, and the tilt on the one side is very useful. The mobility is very nice. It seems just as functional as was intended. I'm pleased for now. I'm hoping it lasts longer than it seems it will. I'll update my review after some use, as it's only a few days old, and share whether I think it's worth the money spent.

Great bang for the buck.
This is less than half the price of the SIDUCAL model and other than the side mounting computer rack, slightly smaller caster wheels and a ~1.5 inch gap between the platforms when at the same height (above mentioned items/issues are associated with this Mind Reader desk), it is the exact same build quality and manufacturer (my wife purchased the SIDUCAL and hardware and framing is exactly the same. except for items noted above).Only issue I had was one of the threads on the crossmember bar (bar that allows the front desk to pivot upwards) was tapped with 1/4-20 thread while the other side was tapped with 6mm thread. This issue was resolved by Amazon sending me a replacement desk. Not the most sturdiest desk in the world, but it doesn’t need to be for my needs. Very happy with this purchase.

Love this desk, great for full time at home worker with disabilities.
I am a full-time author with multiple disabilities that often keep me from working long periods in my home office. This desk has opened up my ability to work from anywhere in my house. It perfectly fits my 22" HP Desktop with room to spare. My full size keyboard with 10 key and mouse with mouse pad fit perfectly on the inclining shelf. This literally took me about fifteen minutes to assemble. I had no difficulty discerning which parts went where. Since my desktop is an all in one I installed the CPU shelf on the inside of the right leg so I have a shelf for my drawing pad and other necesities of my vocation.I read another review that said the computer shelf had a small defect and if that reviewer reads this I want to recommend getting vinyl at the dollar store and adhering it to the surface, make the desk yours! I lov e DIY projects and even though my desk didn't come with any defects I might just update it with Vinyl to make it my own.Another reviewer also mentioned that his monitor shakes when typing. I recommend checking your tightness on the screws in the shelves and/or it is possible that your monitor isn't as stable as mine. Due to your review I did a test for sturdiness with my own desktop which has a 4 point contact stand and even hitting the keyboard shelf with a fist with half my strength (which is a decent amount) caused no residual shaking of my monitor. Two downsides which have been easily remedied are 1: the plastic bar on the keyboard shelf could be full width to keep my mouse on it when inclined, however, I have purchased a mouse pad with a wrist support which should help with that. 2: The wheels (I hate them because they don't move well and I struggle to move it around my house to where I need to work at. But I have simply purchased upgraded wheels from Amazon for $25.99 and they will help with the mobility issue. Those are my only complaints.I received the desk on 1/15 and am currently using and loving it.Thank you Mind Reader for another amazing product. Your products (I have many) have never disappointed and stand up to long periods of use and a chaotic lifestyle.

Best modeling workbench!
I like to build scale model cars and was looking for something portable that could be moved when necessary. This great computer stand is perfect for the job! One side is lowered so as to be able sit at it. This is the work surface. The opposite side is raised several inches and serves as a shelf for my tools, organizer and clamp-on desk light. The little “sidesaddle” attached to the base is ideal for storing model kit boxes. Absolutely pleased with this purchase!

When I say “janky”
I am the MDF queen. MDF is in my budget. MDF is my life. Pretty much all my furniture is MDF. So I’m used to having some challenges. When I say this desk is janky that is with a capital JANK. Easy enough to put together, but be careful when screwing on the “wood” pieces because the screws may be too long. I didn’t even screw them in tight before the cracked the top. The desk came damaged, but doesn’t MDF always come with a little damage? It was in a hidden spot so fine. The two desk tops did not match up. They are off center. That’s just annoying. The wheels will have to be replaced soon enough. They are the worst wheels I’ve ever had on anything ever. Why are they so hard to lock and unlock? I feel like we’ve mastered this design as a society. I am lucky and got my desk at a discount. I would not pay full price. I still may return it. I haven’t actually used it yet. If you’re on a strict budget and NEED a desk that raises and lowers this will do in a punch. Furrino has desks that are cheaper in price and better in quality if you don’t need that feature.

Great quality, stable and affordable
I like the set up instruction which is very clear and you can set it up without getting help. The packaging was just as it should be and I like that it has the options to be tilted and or the height to be modified. It is stable as well.

1 easy, 1 difficult
i have assembled 1 1/2 of these now. i bought them both at the same time, one white (from elsewhere) and one black (from amazon).the white one went together w/ no issues. i couldn't understand the reviews saying there were issues.then i tried to assemble the black one. wow. i'm only partway through, but so far i've found:1. a thread that wouldn't accept the provided screw. i found my own that *kind of* works, but isn't perfect2. a threaded plastic part that wasn't secured to the shelf, so once i started screwing in a bolt, it separated from the shelfi stopped "assembly" (it's more like a choose your own adventure) to write this review. i wouldn't be surprised if my list grows.i will keep going, but as these errors and misfits add up, i'm more and more worried that it can reliably support a laptop, screen, and accessories.note that the ratings here are for the black one i bought from amazon. the white one would have gotten much better scores. and further note, i'm not saying "get the white one", as my sample size for each is only 1. it might have more to do w/ when they were manufactured than the color.

pretty decent so far
It took a while to assemble with 2 people. It was possible and nothing is as easy as claimed. :-)It seems sturdy but time will tell.I didn't put the "side car" to hold my computer.I put a piece of wood along the back to hold my UPS and computer.I need an office chair next. The screws were in labelled bags but but the other parts were not labelled.I'll update this review after a few months (IF the product is still available).

Compact and Convenient
Easy to assemble. Great for small spaces. Chair fits in easily. The surfaces are a but tough to clean from time to time. Would recommend for the right person.
