This vinegar is scrumptious.
I have been looking for years without success for a great raspberry vinegar. I use to love and buy Manischevits raspberry vinegar and loved it, but they quit making it and the others I have tried were very bland without much raspberry flavor. Not so with this brand, this is almost a pure raspberry syrup with the vinegar tang added. It is just yummy and keeps you coming back for more. If you have the Silver Palate cookbook look up their recipe for Raspberry Chicken and you will have a dish fit for a king. I have cooked for years and am a very good cook, so believe me when I tell you you will not be sorry for buying this, you will be very pleased with your puchase.

Wonderful on everything
Due to food allergies, we have to be very careful about salad dressings, and we normally stick to oil and vinegar. This raspberry vinegar is wonderful, and it adds so much flavor to everything. And it doesn’t have all of the junk included in typical “raspberry vinaigrette.” We got it for use on salads, but we use it on vegetables, meats, in casseroles, on bread… You name it, we’ve probably put this raspberry vinegar on or in it! We carry a container of it around with us so that we can add it to food elsewhere. And you can’t beat the price. If you like raspberry and can handle vinegar, buy this.
