I may be lazy, and you could ask my wife. Shudders in Terror! But, I enjoy clean water at my disposal, in and near the kitchen area. This thing is loud while it dispenses water: be aware! Almost as loud as a K-cup coffee machine, but I can deal with that. It’s not a deal-breaker. The price on Amazon beat Best Buy by $50.00+ when we bought it, in the Spring of 2022. It was well worth the money: essentially, it holds enough water, and dispenses it quickly enough that I can brew tea and coffee, and refill water cups, for our family of five without having to run to the kitchen to refill a drip-filter pitcher (Pur, Brita, etc.) every 5-10 minutes.

The media could not be loaded. The stream of water is really weak, what makes it terribly slow to fill a glass; it also makes a lot of noise while doing so. After you use it, it keeps dripping A lOT! I tried to contact the manufacturer to complain, but haven't heard back from them yet.My advice, don't buy it!

From day one your going to have to stand there and pour out the first 20 cups at 16oz down the drain and then after you can drink. The accuracy of this water is at 98% clean when compared to two branded water bottles at 100% when testing for 15 different chemicals/contaminants normally found in water. I’ll check back in, in about 28 days to see if anything has changed.

I purchased this product and when I received the first one it was broken I packed it and sent it back and they sent me a replacement used this for about 2 weeks now and it is very poor quality. It drips after used and I have to put another cup under it. The idea is great but the quality is poor.

Well made. Filter easy to install. Easy to use. Unfortunately, the water reservoir doesn't hold that much water and I have to fill it a couple of times a day. It is not suitable for more than one person.

I got one of the reduced priced “used” never thought I would receive a filter used. I ran it anyway “in case” the water inside is supposed to be there. Blah. Still awful taste. Even when I used spring water to test the results

It leeks a lot and stop pouring water

It does what it promised. The well water in our park tastes, well, dirty. It had a taste that turned metallic after. I'm a do-it-yourself person, and I had no desire to install anything plumbing-wise. So I googled easier solutions and found this Hamilton Beach aquaFusion product that seemed to cover my needs. I followed the installation instructions to the letter (clean most parts, install parts and filter, close top and hold the button down (for 3 minutes). Do this with 2 whole pitcher fulls (I watered my 🪴with the excess). After that, refill again, push that button and the first glass was delightful! No taste, felt and looked "clean". I'm very impressed.
