Shocking customer service. Remote failed after several weeks and would only offer a new one of I gave then 5* reviews on Amazon, Google and Trust Pilot!!! Do not risk a purchase!!!!

Looks a bit plasticy tbh. Would have returned it if I didn't have to wait so long for work to be done in my house so by the time it was fitted it was too late to return

This fire is excellent,, makes my room look modern and cosy. Good value for money., easy to install. The pictures on the site don’t do the fire justice. Only negative thing I would say is for me there was a delay in receiving it. But digital flames made me aware that there was a delay, before they even took my money,would definitely buy from this company again.👍

I messaged the seller telling them the buttons on the appliance were not working 10 days later still waiting for a response,paid nearly £1000 thanks
