My wife was tearing up the rug at her new office, while working from home. Replaced the original duel wheels that came on her chair. Huge difference! The rug is saved, she loves how well she can move her chair around. Great purchase.

Now the test will be to see if they collect hair or fibers that will bind up the wheels. We’ll let you know

Had heard these were a great addition to office chairs. Tried them out and I couldn't agree more! The bedroom I work out of has old, uneven wood flooring and the wheels the chair came with were noisy, scratched the floor, and did not roll smoothly.Now it's smooth rollin' all day.

Have a chair from staples and using it on hardwood Flore. The original wheels were starting to scratch the floor and would not adjust to a new direction. I saw these wheels on amazon and the reviews were good so I got them. The new wheels are the best thing I could do for the chair. I love them...

I ordered these casters after looking at the many offered by Amazon and other sellers. This particular item seemed of the better quality and I have used LINCO products in the past.The descriptions of most all the caster products includes "fits most chairs" "Steelcase" and many other brands and "Universal" and or "DOES NOT FIT IKEA". My desk chair is a large Steelcase desk chair.The casters arrived quickly and were as described. Removing my worn out casters I find that my Steelcase desk chair has welded on stems. That was disheartening as I was looking forward to using these casters, an upgrade from the casters that came on the chair.The inclusion of fits Steelcase and most other brands should include, "remove and inspect the caster prior to order". I had reviewed the Steelcase replacement site to find this same design, with stems at a much higher price.This set of casters must be returned. I found few products that fits my Steelcase 453 Criterion and it appears that the 453, some need stems, some like mine, do not.Although these will not fit and I cannot install them, the "Easy to Install was marked 5/5 as they would have been easy to install, just insert into the hole the replaced one came from.

I love how quietly the casters roll & they fit perfectly just as the video demonstrated! Love them!!

These wheels are terrific!! Updated two chairs with them and now I have to upgrade some more! These are quiet rolling, even on tile, because of the material used to make them. They roll smoothly, too! Awesome product.
