Only had it for one day, but so far so good. Product arrived in perfect condition aside from a couple scuffs due to normal wear and tear. Screen was in perfect condition, no scratches. And Battery health seems to be like new. Happy with my purchase. #TEAMPIXELBOOK 💯💯

You could call me an Apple Survivor. I was full in the Apple Ecosystem and recently jumped ship to Google. I was so impressed by this thing. It's light, it's snappy, and it does everything I need a computer to do. What I wasn't expecting is the speakers, keyboard, and track pad to be even better than on my $1k+ MacBook Air! There are a lot of cheap and bad Chromebooks out there... this isn't one of them.

I recently purchased the 16Gb Pixelbook and was immediately disappointed with the quality upon receipt. The product included a non-original charger, which is concerning as the mismatched specifications could potentially harm the device. Additionally, the screen and case were covered in plastic vinyl, which I believe was an attempt to conceal scratches and wear. This was quite misleading and not mentioned in the product description.The overall condition of the product was not up to the standards I expected. The vinyl coverings on the screen and case were already showing signs of peeling and bulging at the corners, suggesting they would not last long with regular use. As someone who has used similar products for years, I found the appearance and quality of this item to be subpar.

The Google Pixelbook Go is a remarkable piece of technology that seamlessly integrates power, portability, and design. As a satisfied user, I can confidently say that this device has exceeded my expectations in every aspect. The battery life is equally impressive, offering all-day usage on a single charge, which is incredibly convenient for long workdays or travel. The 13.3-inch touchscreen with a Full HD Display delivers vibrant colors, sharp details, and excellent viewing angles. The built-in Google Assistant adds a layer of convenience, allowing me to perform tasks with simple voice commands. The Pixelbook Go is definitely at the top of the Chromebook list.

Gift for a grand child

I don't know what it is with the Chromebooks. I have had 3 and all 3 have had the same glitchy touch pad issues. They jump and randomly click and do strange things. Not just 1, nope, all three! Just a Chromebook thing I guess. So I wound up getting a bluetooth mouse which works just fine. Besides the touch pad, it's fantastic!

I liked just about everything about this Pixelbook, except that it failed to power up at just under 3 months. I think it was a referbished. I won't be doing that again.

Product was clean, no scratches on the casing, screen was perfect as well. Checked the battery and although it's been cycled 126 times, the wear level is zero. Runs smoothly, allows me to download my favorite apps from the play store, and the battery lasts a long, long time. Bought this because my Razer 16", which is a beast, is terrible for travel due to the low battery life. This Chromebook fits the bill by handling all basic tasks, playing movies/music, and lasting for hours without worrying about power.
