very tasty
very tasty...just saute in oil and sprinkle some water while cooking to moisten it...ready to eat after it turns golden brown.

I usually make a garlicky, vegetable loaded old Italian style gnocchi soup. These were fine, toss them in last and simmer for 6-10 mins max (or they might get mushy) You'll know they're done when they start bobbing to the surface. You can also bite into them to check if they're done.
