Pebeo Vitrail stain glass effect paint, black
I purchased this color to use as a background for glass jewelry. Consistency is much thinner than the Pebeo prisme fantasy or Pebeo moon paint but a little bit goes a long way. Paint spreads easily and you can tip a glass tile to make the paint spread and fill the area you want to cover. Combining the different Pebeo paints really gives you interesting effects. When dry this is a vibrant glossy black. I would recommend any of the Pebeo paint items to mixed media artists and serious crafters.

Does not adhere to glass
Been using Pebeo colors on glass for 10+ years. This is the first I've ever had a problem. Baked it as with all other Pebeo paint & it flaked off with just a touch 2 days later. May have just ruined a $100 project & 20 hours of my time. VERY UNHAPPY. Plus it is not transparent. Tried to thin it but it wouldn't mix so had to apply full strength. This bottle is going in the trash.

Pricy for not being significantly different than other paints.
Did a test on some glass. I am filling large areas so paint handling for that wasn't ideal. The paint self leveled a bit but large filled areas aren't smooth or consistent in the thickness of the paint film. I let it dry 48 hours then put it in a water for 12 hours. After that, the paint comes right off the glass like Acrylic paint. At the price per ounce, I would use acrylics instead.
