The Great Gatsby (Deluxe Illustrated Edition) Hardcover – Illustrated, March 9, 2021

Definitely worth the money! Beautiful illustrations really brought the whole story together. The Great Gatsby is my favorite classic novel and this really upped it up a notch! Would make a great gift as well!

I am reviewing The Great Gatsby Deluxe Illustrated Edition (March 9, 2021).I watched two movies, 1974 with Robert Redford and 2013 with Leonardo DiCaprio, but I never read the novel.I pre-ordered the book and received it today.The book as it was made is a piece of art. Beautifully illustrated by Diego Jourdan Pereira.Usually, the hardcover book has a dust jacket and nothing is printed on the hardcover.This hardcover book doesn't have this extra piece of paper that wraps the hardcover.

Like so many of the so-called classics, this story is not memorable and, really, is a little boring. I was disappointed.

A favorite novel of mine, but this particular reasonably-priced illustrated hardcover edition is a treasure: Illustrated cover (no dust jacket), substantial glossy paper, clear readable type font, and lovely illustrations. A pleasure to read.

Exactly as shown, love having the illustrated version, beautiful story, especially if you trade stocks and have loved someone who did not know you did.

The illustrations evoke a more modern tone making this edition much more accessible to a younger audience. Highly recommend if you're a fan of this timeless classic—new or old.

It's great, with very stylish illustrations.

In our opinion, the pictures are inappropriate for young minds. Purchased non-illustrated version instead.
