I have had problems with acne and cystic acne for years and have taken Vitamin A by many different companies but I think the combination of Vitamin A and D is what has helped me so tremendously.Not only have I gotten rid of all of my acne including whiteheads and blackheads but I haven't gotten any new acne either. Not even during my period. And I have only been taking this for 3 weeks.Over the past several months, I have been switching my brand of supplements to Now Foods and I have really been impressed with the quality and the great prices.

This is a reasonably priced A and D combo. Although it is a relatively low dosage, I take several daily. Since A and D need each other to work for the body's health, it is easier to take them as one tablet. These are gel and based on oils which is easier to abosrb.

A local herbalist recommended that I order this for my teenage son who has tiny little bumps all over the tops of his arms. This is something he has been dealing with for years now… long story short: She saw his arms and said she would guess he was deficient in vitamin A - this was the first we had been told this but decided to give it and it worked, cleared his arms up within about a month.

Worked like it should

I have bought several of this A-D combination with not one problem. This particular order was unusable. All soft gels were molded into a ball that I could not separate. I froze them--could not separate---I dropped them into warm water--could not separate. I'm hoping this was just a rare mistake.

Great product, currently out of stack and I’m hoping it’s back soon. VitD is all the rage but, it’s best taken with VitA and I don’t want to have to swallow 2 pills.
