PILOT77233 Refill for G2 Gel, Dr. Grip Gel/Ltd, ExecuGel G6, Q7, Ex Fine, Blue, 2/Pack

I use these refills exclusively, have for years. I write a lot so a reliable pen is very important to me. Several times though one or more of these refills have had a needle thin piece of metal come out of the top as I’m writing. I have to throw it away. This happened with one in my most recent order. Odd, but I’ll still use this brand and type anyway.

The ink flows so smoothly plus the fine point tip writes so well! Superb refill!

I own a beautifully made Waterman capped rollerball which has all the heft and precision one could want. About 95% of capped rollerball pens fit a 11.11 cm or a 11.15 cm refill. The European refills, which are sold under the Waterman, Monteverde, Montblanc, Lamy, Pelikan, Schmidt, etc all appear to come from the same German manufacturer. While these are nice, they tend to be a bit pricey, and a bit limited in selection. When I found that these Pilot refills fit my Waterman, a whole new world became available, since these come in 4 widths and a great variety of colors. Furthermore, they are a fraction of the price, and the writing quality and "feel" are excellent. Since my pen has an opaque barrel, only I know that I'm using an inexpensive refill. I'm sold!

So far so good. No issues thus far.

These weren't as smooth as I had hoped, but still write like a dream! Better than the Mont blanc inserts I bought before.The writing is indeed fine, smooth and well connected. The ink is consistent and makes beautiful lines.This pen refill, due to being fine, lasts about twice as long as would a medium or broad tip. I haven't had to replace the insert yet after months of use.Will likely buy again in blue. Pilot is really doing themselves good.

to find this pen, which I found left somewhere, could be refilled! I like the blue ink, and I chose the fine tip, b/c I like writing with it. very happy purchaser.

I have had a Pilot pens for years. these refills are the best. I always use them. I have tried the knock out ones but they never hold up nor compare to these. Hard for most folks to get excited about a pen refill, but I do if they work really well...and this one does.
