Nice Oil Diffuser
Just received the unit today. Physically set it up via HVAC system in my attic. The unit is working well so far. The oil fragrance covers my whole house. I have the Westin oil. We’ll see how well this machine holds up.It took a couple of re-tries for me to set up the wifi in the app and for the machine to recognize my home network.I also found out during set up that if you turn off and unplug the machine, you’ll have to rename it again. The previous machine name I gave was deleted.Also I ran into an issue of the machine showing as “off” but on the app the running state is in the “on”position. At this time, the machine is just idle doing nothing at all.I resolved the issue by pressing the mode button once and the machine went back to show “on” on the display and started running again. I don’t think is stated in the manual the machine came with.I tried to get help from Kevinleo via Amazon messages. Their responses took a few minutes and by the time they responded I’ve already resolved the issue.I think it’s a good buy so far. I’ll have to observe the machine and app behaviors before the 30 days expire.

Was good then broke :(
Machine was great, easy to install and house smelled great. Would be nice if there was an adapter fitting for the HVAC set up when putting the rubber hose into the air supply (to keep it tight and snug). Customer service has also been good…Update 2/2023Machine has been broken for a while and customer service is not helping. I would not recommend this product as we didn’t even get a full year out of it before problems started.

Great Machine!
The media could not be loaded. Purchased this for our house 2years ago and it is still running strong. I ran the tube into the hvac ductwork and had to set up the timers on the diffuser to when I have the hvac schedule. When it is running you can smell the fragrance all through the home. It’s stronger in certain places than other bit that is due to vents and their location. The machine was originally off the ground on the hvac and fell. The front glass panel got some cracks in it but it still works fine. I just have it on the ground now. The app and learning how to work it took a little time. The customer service has been great and very responsive.

easy to setup when details are known
product called packaged very well. when getting it out you can immediately feel that it seems well built / sturdy. initially there directions were hard to follow but got it working quickly. first make sure you have the scent area app. also I used the wifi method I'm the directions. it's not entirely clear to use ap method OR wifi method. be sure your phone is connected to your wifi. start the app and enter the wifi password. from there it connects and allows you to configure. still playing with the settings to get the it how I want. works as expected and loving having whole house smell good. fantastic value that easily covers over 3000 sq ft home.

Amazing customer service
I just bought this diffuser after trying 2 other models. After unboxing it, I followed the instructions to register the product and was immediately contacted by customer service. Andy( customer service rep) gave me instructions to hook up the unit to my WiFi and thought me how to set up schedule and other features. This company customer service is top notch. I can’t think Andy enough for his patience and dedication. The diffuser is working up to expectations and am very happy with it. My house smells great

Could be Great But….
I bought 2 of these units and they at first worked great and do what they are supposed to.Then one of them about 3 months in started making horribly loud noise.Scent tech support a video and they sent me a replacement pump which came from China and so it took weeks to arrive.I was able to replace the pump and was up and running again, then started having trouble with the app. The app when functioning is great, intuitive interface and I like being able to turn on/off with my phone, and adjust running time etc. the unit through lighting tells you how much oil you have and the app will to, once you enter in how much you have in there.Now, the app is buggy. Like really buggy.You can name the machines which for me is helpful, like “bedroom,” or “office.” However the app often forgets the names and goes back to generic Device001 name.Then when I launch the app my devices won’t consistently load so it’s frustrating to not be able to bring up your device and turn it on or off or even use it!Also, even with the correct network password the app often fails to connect to your network which makes it and the devices completely unusable. So you have to sit there and try and try and eventually it connects….Annoying.Customer service has thus far been good in terms of fast response time. I get the impression it’s literally one person, “Kevin,” and from what I can tell he’s in China based on English and hours of response.My app is currently not working so I have $700 plus of machine I cannot use so pretty annoyed.When working they do what they are designed to do and prob fair to say it covers the Sq Feet it says it does.I’ve had other diffusers and can say comparatively it’s not loud but you can hear it, it does make noise. I’ve even put a hose over the nozzle so I can put the device in a closet and mostly shut the door to quiet it down as much as I can.When they and the app work, I’m satisfied. However it’s not 100% consistent which has me unfortunately looking at other diffusers that may operate better.For me the app control via phone is essential.As to the oils this company sells, my advice is NO!They ship from China, I was enticed by a coupon but what arrived were what looked like industrial chemical containers, with the name of what oil it supposedly was wiped or smeared off.I have no idea what chemicals I’m breathing in so I’ve opted for other more expensive yes but fully “pure” oils rather than some likely synthetic industrial oil that probably is not good for you.So if they could get their you know what together and make an app that works so you can actually use the machine I’d be completely satisfied. Sadly based on reviews of the app on the App Store (they are HORRIBLE) I’m not alone in that sentiment.So a mixed bag let’s just say.
