Oh my goodness. I have needed this for so long. I work in an office on a computer. I've had knots and pain in my shoulders and upper back for the longest time. This massager is so easy to use and is so effective. It releases the knots and makes my muscles more supple. The heat is very comforting. You can use this anywhere you have knots and pain. I am very happy with this product and recommend it.

There is a lot to like about this massager, but it does come with its drawbacks as well - hopefully ones that would be addressed in an upgraded model.First impressions about its appearance were that I didn't believe it would be very versatile but I was very wrong about this point. Matter of fact, versatility may be its strongest virtue. In addition to this, I thought the materials were sturdy, strong and seemed like they were made to last.First impressions about using it were mixed. The massage nodules are very large and unforgiving. In the right spots this is absolutely necessary, in the wrong spots it can be painful. It is, after all, a shiatsu massage. When resting the product on the shoulders, it fits nicely; however, the nodules are so large that they constantly push my head forward as it rotates, not as relaxing as I'd like. On other parts of the back, the legs, and higher up onto the neck the massage feels great and the size of the nodules becomes necessary.The length of the power cord is a little short for my liking as I feel tethered closely to an outlet. The controls are in an awkward location. Although they initially appear to be in a great spot (on the upper middle portion of the left shoulder strap), they are only convenient when you have the massager positioned on your shoulders. Any other position on the back and you must start the massager then try to find the right place while it's in full motion. Even worse, if the massager is in that perfect spot and you need to change the settings, you must take it off, change the setting, and hope that the setting you picked is what you want and you are able to find that spot again. Last qualm with the device is that on the bare skin the mesh containing the nodules is very scratchy, especially when repositioning.I was originally going to give this a 3 star review but after several days I just seem to keep coming back to this item. It is quick to set up and get going and can get a fantastic massage in the most hard to reach spots on my back without inconveniencing my wife. All my issues can either be overlooked or can be addressed in an upgrade.At a price in the $40 range and with how well this device works, and its ease of use, I am happy to have this massager in my collection.

I didn't know what to expect when I bought for my husband for Christmas. Let me tell you this thing is sturdy! It isn't one of those cheap, flimsy, barely massaging devices. I love deep tissue massages and get a lot of pain in my neck and upper back from working at a desk all day. When I get professional massages I always ask for deep tissue and "as hard as you can possibly massage", then I'm always left disappointed because the massage is never hard enough.This massager is BETTER than any masseuse I've gone too. It really gets in deep to muscles. 100% highly recommend to anyone!

I bought this back in February of 2023. I have fibromyalgia and my neck, shoulders and back were so tense and sore that I was getting very bad tension headaches. This thing really saved me! It took some getting used to, as I am very small. I prop it on a pillow. Lean back and let it do its thing. I am so happy to of found this! It’s now 2025 and I have to buy a new one. I have used this back massager up to 3 times a day for the time I’ve owner it. Sometimes more, because of the fibro flares. This is the best thing I’ve ever bought for myself. Which is why I am going to re purchase it again. I think it has lasted a very long time! I have bought massagers before, they didn’t work as well and definitely didn’t last as long. This feels like a real back massage. This helps me get through the really rough days. I’m a very happy customer!

I have been having some pains in my neck and some minor headaches, so I figured I'd try one of these out. I picked it up for about $40 after taxes. I tried it out a few times and it worked alright. I am not super thrilled with it, but I can see why some people may like it. Here's my list of pros and cons that I found with it:Pros:- It seems to work pretty well, mechanically. The heating worked, the rollers did what they were supposed to do, and the controlls all functioned.- The arm straps are nice and comfortable. This helps to hold pressure on the device, but also helped me relax my arms- It comes with a 120v & 12v plug. Personally, I would not use this in the car, but if you are a passenger and don't mind being a little uncomfortable having it around your neck while you sit, this could be a good little device during a long drive.Cons:- It's not super comfortable. I like to sit or lay down while I'm relaxing, which is where I'd really want to use this. This is not comfortable to wear when sitting on a standard couch. I tested laying down and that is a hard no. This wasn't too bad sitting in my office chair where nothing was pushing against it, but I'd liked to have it on when I was relaxing on the couch.- I did not get that massage feeling when wearing it. I'm a pretty thin guy so it could be my boney neck and shoulders. It felt more like someone taking pool balls and pushing against my neck and shoulders. I've used other devices that did not give me that same feeling.This was just a quick overview of the product. I have not used it a whole lot since it seems to hurt more than help, but that could be just me. I've seen others saying theirs has stopped working after a few minutes of use, but mine is still going. I've got an hour or so on it over a few spans. Would I buy this again? This is one product that I would pass on. I think I'd rather have a heating pad or go get a professional massage.
