This is not Genuine Maserati since it is a second quality with noticeable defects and deficiencies!
The media could not be loaded. If you know a Genuine Maserati GranTurismo Purflux Oil filter than you can see that these are rejects. The inner oil back flow seal is off center and visibly not acceptable. So this filter was deemed garbage and never made it to Maserati to distribute. Lastly Maserati oil filters cost from the dealer $65 US. They are pre impregnated and saturated with motor oil. Hence the extra top seal cover and plastic bagging and a Maserati Box . There is no cost savings when a $45,000 Ferrari motor in a GranTurismo has a rubber seal injested and blocks an oil passage way. The outer filter would not catch the inner passage way rubber debris when this seal lets go and passes into the oil passage ways. Bottom line only use a Maserati dealer vendor oil filter. They are proprietary parts with no real aftermarket substitute.
