Fab UREA cream + Kay's top-tip for sleep routine body skincare
This moisturises body skin better than anything else I know. Originally, a dermatologist prescribed this for my itchy skin problems. That problem disappeared and I believed that my skin benefited from its high urea content. Like hyaluronic acid, urea is a humectant which pulls water into the skin helping keep healthy water levels. Now, I just use it to improve my mature skin. Plus, while I'd used pricey body creams promoted for aiding sleep, when that ran out I had an 'ah-ha' moment. I dispensed some Balneum cream into a separate (better) dispenser and added some lavender essential oil. I use the divine mixture nightly. I sleep deeply and wake up with the best skin ever.
