Q: Does this work with the Funkoverse Strategy Game or is this a separate game?

The marvel Battleworld series of games are a separate product from the Funkoverse Strategy game and both games use different "scales" in play as well as different mechanics. While you could use both together, with some house rule creation, I recommend playing each on its own. They are both fun games with different game play experiences. A key difference, other than figure size (the Battleworld series figures are much smaller) is that Battleworld play areas are larger when taking scale into account and this allows for some added tactical depth. As I wrote earlier, both games are fun, but they are very distinct. The Battleworld figures are only about an inch tall.

Q: Does Thanos come out of the ship?

Yes, you can take Thanos out of the ship. He is like the other figures, but slightly bigger. But in the game, he stays inside his ship.

Q: Can you play with series one and two together?

You can play Series 1, 2, and 3 all together. Also look for other expansion, they can all play together too. Some of the newer heroes seem a bit stronger than the old ones.

Q: If I buy 2 of these, will I get 2 of the same exact ones and ending up with doubles?

You might, its like a blind box. If you get doubles make the second into a zipper pull for your or your kids jacket.
