8" Mirror Disco Ball Great for a Party or Dj Light Effect Christmas

The media could not be loaded. I bought this disco ball for my boyfriend for his apartment, he's into DJing and has his DJ decks and lots of lights set up in his living room. He joked that he needed a disco ball to complete the look, so I thought... "ah.. here I come Amazon!" It's sturdy enough to not seem cheap but lightweight enough to easily hang from the ceiling without worrying about it toppling down. The mirrored pieces are nicely and tightly arranged. Towards the top there are some small gaps where you can see a bit of the base showing through (as mentioned by other reviewers), but once it's hung up you don't see that. It captures the lights nicely and casts sparkly patterns on the walls. I added a video to show it in action and a photo of it next to myself for size/scale. Pretty good for the money I think!

Appearance is Shiny, bright, all mirrors intact, and does everything is says it should. It’s sturdy. Performance excellent

Good product for the money, this ball is just a hanging ball it does not spin. We purchased a separate light to shine on it for the disco ball effect

This disco ball has some great things about it, starting off with that it is perfect for small events. If you were to be using it for... Say a nightclub DJ event, or being the DJ for any big event it would not work as it is too small for the light reflections to go everywhere needed. On the plus side, it is very light weight making it easily transportable and better for hanging it on thinner material. The only thing that may be a little off about it is the price. It's $18 (which isn't bad, just more than it's worth.) It is made out of styrofoam for the insides, which makes it lightweight and then Small mirrors on the outside, which I presume to be wrapped Micah. Overall I think this disco ball is good for little house parties, or just as a room decoration, kinda like LED strips. The price may be a little more than it's worth but I can get over that as it looks rather cool.

Exactly what I expected

This little disco ball got the job done for exactly what I envisioned for brightening my work space.If you’re looking for a similar effect, this is a macrame plant hanger for a 6” pot. The adhesive hook came from Amazon; the macrame hanger is an Aldi find.I can’t vouch for the sturdiness of the hanging key ring on the disco ball because I’m not using it.This is lightweight & exactly what you expect.

Disappointed in this purchase- this disco ball is a styrofoam sphere covered in mirror stickers, my daughter noticed too because several stickers kept unsticking and we had to glue them. However it does the job.

This arrived today in perfect condition. It was double boxed and none of the little pieces were missing. The gaps between pieces was minimal and were only close to the very top, which can't be helped, considering square mirrors are covering a round object. It looks great. I'm going to put in on a shelf in a bookcase to catch the afternoon sun. It looks great there next to a green plant.
