I placed an order for the same hoping to shed some weight , supported by heavy brisk walking and few exercises,(apart from fine tuning my intake of food from the usual stuff.) I then decided to discontinue the meds at once and realised that the gravity had ceased on stopping the capsules. This is my experience ... it may or may not be the same for others. I only got to say this... please eat healthy, hydrate yourself well, supported by good long brisk walks or exercises. Taking capsules to shed weight is not good for ones health, unless you wish to land up in the hospital as I did. To sum up.. I wouldn’t recommend this weight loss capsules for anyone.
