Too small, incorrect sizing.
The shoe itself looks good and certainly looks functional but I can't comment beyond that because it didn't fit. I ordered a size 10 but these are more like a size 9. I recommend you order the next size up.

Wore these for the first time and they let a lot of water in. Do not wear in the winter!
