Q: Are these Colorama papers as the colour names are the same?

Hi, these are not Colorama branded rolls. There may be differences in colours and also batch to batch variation. Colours on-screen may also look different slightly to final product due to differences in computer monitors

Q: Does this come rolled or folded?

It comes rolled, but you will and up with a wrong color, or with a much lighter color. I don't recommend. They are deleting the reviews, so of course you will be tempted to buy.
