Is this the fine hair angel wash or the blonde angel wash? The title says one thing and the description says another.

This is the Angel wash but I ended up returning it because it was either extremely watered down or a knock off version. I had the actual shampoo I got from a salon when I received it and it was a completely different consistency.

They don't list the ingredients on their website either!  I believe there is a new formulation; certainly on the bottles that are being sold online.  The old bottle had lavender lettering.  This bottle with pink lettering has a differing ingredient list and is watered down, as reviewers mention below.  Here is the full ingredient list:
