Large enough for spatulas or scraper, heat resistant silicone, dishwasher safe, lightweight and flexible, won't break if dropped, has a rim. Nothing about it to not like (unless you hate orange) and it's no more expensive than generic utensil rests, at about $11. (The new model is currently ~$26 for some reason-- ??). Very handy with my Blackstone at home. The orange color might help it not get left behind or lost on camping trips.

Must have with the spatulas. They fit perfectly on this and helps avoid a mess. Dishwasher safe too.
