It’s nice but not all sheen inks show on this paper. Maybe if it came in a6 pocket size I’d buy another but I have other Tomeo River notebooks that sheen better. Not sure if it’s the thickness of the pages or what but to me it’s decent. Also the cover is made of a material that doesn’t allow vinyl stickers. They won’t stick, after a short while they all lift off. So if you are a cricut user who looks to add stickers to their books. You can’t. That’s also another reason I don’t like it.

Was looking forward to this but was ultimately disappointed. The paper quality is not impressive and it does not lay completely flat which is a huge disappointment.

I LOVE the paper in this notebook. This is the second one I’ve bought. Thicker and sturdier than the 52gsm Tomoe River, but you still get even, smooth, non-feathery results, beautiful shading, and very little bleed through unless you are using a very saturated ink. Works well for all types of pens, though I’m using it with fountain pens. I haven’t had much of an issue waiting for ink to dry, most inks seem to dry in a reasonable amount of time.Has a table of contents in the front, and the page corners are rounded and numbered. Both sides perform the same, both sides usable, much more so than 52gsm. Nice sturdy faux leather cover, feels nice, sort of soft textures. Elastic band closure. Two ribbon bookmarkers, pocket at the back. Appears to be very well made. Comes with a lightweight canvas bag to carry it in for extra protection.Just a pleasure to write on, and, as usual, a little better of a bargain here on Amazon!
