I love the size of the product. I wanted a play pen that i wouldn't feel guilty setting my son into while I do dishes, read a book, etc.... it works. Two thumbs way up for overall helpfulness.I have hard wood floors and was excited for the suction cups to hold it in place, they worked awesome for about 3 days. Hard to keep your floor super clean with a toddler and the pen now moves. I took some paracord and rigged it around the entertainment stand, low and tight enough not to worry about a choking hazard.The panels can lock into place with the top piece in between each panel. Lift it up to be able to fold the panel, push it down to lock it in place. Some what useful feature and at the same time, not. My son can rattle the walls to loosen the top enough to make the top lock come undone.At the bottom in between the panels you might notice the thick plastic piece. That goes over the suction cups and helps to block the pieces from folding. Useful yes, but while they are on, you obviously can't fold the play pen down.Hence part of the bad (partially self inflicted). To clean his play area is a full evolution. 1. Child out of play pen, hopefully napping in his bed. 2. Clear out all toys. 3. Take all the pieces off the bottom in between the panels off to make it foldable again. 4. Unlock the top piece inbetween the panels. 5. (Due to my paracord) fold panels in towards tv, otherwise you would fold it up normally. 6. Sweep floors 7. Steam mop floor 8. Unfold play pen and set shape. 9. Lock down top pieces and reinstall bottom locking pieces. 10. Throw a few toys back in.Overall: my son loves being able to have the ENTIRE living room to play. Which makes our lives easier. Does the product live up to all initial hopes, no, but how many products ever really do. He hasn't been able to open the door. The play pen itself has never hurt him.P.s. the opposite side of the pen from the baby door does have a push button and a couple roller style wheels. My son could care less, he likes his toys and climbing obstacles.Installation note, especially OCD people, not only does alternating the colors matter, paying attention to whether the side of the panel has a fish or an octopus will save you grief. Because once you lock the top pieces on, how it's built is how it's built unless you want to risk the stability of the pen.

Great playpen! Very happy with this purchase, it took about 30 minutes to put together (most being to ensure alternating color pattern). We purchased an additional two panels for it to allow us to fill our 9’x6’ space. The playpen seems very sturdy but we haven’t tested it’s limit as baby isn’t pulling to stand up yet - the brackets seem that it will work and hold up well when the time comes. We like the back panel with the little activity but wish there were more panels we could buy as an add on to have more activities. Another series had some more Activities but was too small for our area. We added two SkipHop mats and it’s been great! Gray and white match our home well to not be an eye sore and the plastic makes it easy to clean. Love this purchase !

I bought two and joined them together to block out the breakfast area in my house to make a playroom. Super easy to put together. Only this is: plastic shavings everywhere!! I love this product otherwise.

I love that you can shape this playpen to fit a room. I am a little confused by a review I read that said the bottom pieces will never come off once attached. I didn't use them for the longest time because of it, but when I removed two panels to make more space in the room, I gave one a try and they literally slide on and off--they don't even snap on. The playpen worked decently without them, but after I put them all on it definitely helps the playpen keep its shape. I set it on partially on an area rug, partially on vinyl floor, with a foam playmat inside, so I'm not really using the suction cups. I tried the suction cups on my vinyl floor, but the floor is too textured so it's not really and option for me. Not using the suction cups hasn't affected its stability. I also haven't had any issues with the door, as another review mention. It stays latched even though it's the panel my little one hangs on the most and stands holding onto the door.

Return policy should be more clearly stated, not behind some drop down menu.You pay for shipping back, that’s $140. Then a 50% restocking fee… we would have been worse off returning then keeping it.My 8 month old was already moving the walls around, even with the suction cups. Wasn’t nearly as stable as I assumed it would be. Imagine it would only get worse as he got stronger and bigger. The locking tops would never stay locked and would pop-up which made the walls even more unstable.You’re better off searching on Facebook or OfferUp for which is what I had to do. Sold for a big loss just to get this out of my house.

This is the perfect gate for us!! Durable and able to change shape easily! Easy to put together- but keep in mind, it’s not meant to be taken apart. Foldable, too! My 10 month old pulls to stand constantly with all her strength and it doesn’t tip at all. The suction cups don’t work too well for us but Marjorie you I’d our gate is on carpet so they may not work well because the carpet lifts the gate maybe? Anyhow, no choking hazards and rough spots from our experience and very durable and sturdy!!

I’m updating this review and upping it to 5 stars. The product has always been 5 stars and now the customer service would be ten stars if possible. They responded so fast and kept on emailing me until they understood what my problem was… then sent me a replacement to connect with my recent. I was not expecting this kind of service. It was impressive. Very grateful as now I can connect these panels for a BIG play area. Thank you!!!!Old Review…I bought an entire new order to connect it to my first gate I bought... it is supposed to be the identical item. When I got it... what a pain... they made some minor changes to the product and I could not connect it to the first fast properly to make my play area bigger. SO disappointed and upset. I had to use weird items to attach the gate and the visual was not pretty :-(((. SHAME as these are wonderful items and they should be able to connect with each other.
