Rock-solid air mover. Used for a DIY window fan!
My bedroom is in the basement of a 70’s suburban home, a time when escape windows did not need to be in every part of the basement. I I recently started working night shift, and sealed up all the gaps and cracks in my door and windows, blacking everything out. Not great for ventilation! My windows are so small, it’s difficult to find window fans for them, so I made one! With scrap plywood and some carbon fiber filter media, I took one of the 600 x 600mm fans and made a window fan, then used some pool noodle around the sides to make a makeshift gasket. I am now able to ventilate my room and still keep it pitch black! The fan felt really solid, unboxing it, and I was able to reuse the packaging to make a gasket. It moves a LOT of air. With that, if you’re sensitive to noise, and plan on installing this in a living space, take heed, it is definitely loud on the top end. I bought one of their speed controllers which helps a lot, but I’ve also started using ear plugs to sleep during the day, so the noise doesn’t bother me.All in, this thing was really easy to install, and seems like a really DIY-friendly option for building with.

Very Powerful!
I got this to replace the condenser fan motor on a commercial chest freezer that was very inaccessible. This worked out perfectly! It provided more than enough airflow, plus it has a high enough static air pressure to push that airflow through the coils. It runs surprisingly quiet as well. It moves alot of air!Do be careful with this fan, it's got some real power behind it! While making some final adjustments, I got a finger a little too close & the fan ripped off half the fingernail & left a pretty good gash!

Overall very good with a couple caveats
Good Fans move a lot of air. But go higher than 25% speed and they get LOUD, could use a quieter motor fit the blades a little better. I use them (2) to force air through the bottom of my pc, only a 5c drop at a 1/3 power youu can feel air coming around the blade(turbulence). outside of that are really functional. Fit them how you need strong just not great static pressure.

Wow, this fan is powerful! I've bought 3!!
This fan moves an incredible amount of air! It is SO powerful for its size but it does come with an issue of noise. We bought of these to ventilate shipping containers cast into our cement foundation for use as storage and they work incredibly well! We just bought ANOTHER unit for one container that needs more circulation.

Quality build and materials
I use mine in a chicken coop here in the Deep South for fresh airflow in the coop. It gets very hot here and some breeds of chickens don't do well in heat so I installed this over a year ago. It has held up well to heavy hay dust, severe pine tree pollen dust and general dusty conditions. We use it all the time to provide fresh air flow to around 60 chickens.

Super Powerful, but cheap connections
Blew sparks and went kaput after 5min of use. I had bought 2 and the other one works great. A little loud, so I got the voltage regulator to be able to control the speed. Super powerful.
