Helped me lower my cholesterol
This was one of the changes I made to my diet a year ago when my blood work came back just shy of needing medicine to control my cholesterol. I’m happy to report that a year later after adding this, some daily fiber, watching what I eat, and adding some moderate exercise that my blood work came back a year later all within the proper guidelines for everything and not just cholesterol.

Good product
It helped lower my cholesterol. I take this in combination with garlic supplement. Both help to lower your cholesterol. Mine went down by over 30. You need to eat right and exercise, but this product also helps along the way.
