The hose should only come with 1 end with black rubber. As black rubber does not go through slide guide hole,and spring also.Pay too much,and it don't assemble as it should.

Depending? (1) Depending on whether or not you actually received all the hardware. The hardware is shipped loose, and will easily get lost in shipping if the box is damaged. So, be careful unpacking the box in case anything happens to fall and roll. It happened to me. (2) Depending on whether or not you want to use the supplied rectangular tubing as a stand/base. The plastic feet are factory mounted incorrectly. Usually the feet are sitting on the ground/surface its set on. The feet are actually mounted on top where they never touch the surface the reel is set on. They are actually shown that way on the manufacturers pictures. Bizarre… (3) As others have pointed out the airline protection (at the point of connection) needs to be carefully cut. I used electrical side cutters for mine. I was only able to cut maybe 1/4-3/8 at a time before I could work my way to the end. *** Also, once you’ve removed the hose protection from this end, run it through the plastic hose guide (which slides back and forth to help layer the hose) first! Otherwise you’ll find it difficult to get the other end through with the hose protection intact.**** Another thing to consider is that the hose itself is restricted to <.170. So don’t bother to go with high flow 1/4” NPT fittings, as my “cheapo” fittings were as much as .025 larger in diameter. **Other than that I don’t foresee any other issues. I will be removing the rectangular tubing and the useless feet and hard mounting it to a workbench. It’s decent for what I need, and should last under normal conditions. If not, I’ll post an update.Also, as others have pointed out you will need some tools for the proper installation of this item. You will also need thread sealant tape for proper installation as well. Some have mentioned poor instructions, and I can feel their pain. Not everyone is subjected to poor instructions often enough and don’t have the patience for it. So patience and perseverance is the key.
