Great source of daily fiber
This has about 17 grams of fiber in 3/4 of a cup. This and an apple a day work well to keep things operating smoothly!

I have asked for a replacement order. We'll see if it's 12, or another 1.Update: I just received 1 more box. So I'm up to two received out of 12 paid for.

Start slow....
I purchased this in my local grocery store but figured I would leave a review on Amazon. I quite liked the taste, even though it looked like I was eating rat feces. Whoever designed the shape of these must have a sense of humor.I love the ingredients and I'm always looking to up my fiber intake but holy cow. Start slow on these. I went all out with a big bowl and am still facing the consequences 24 hours later. It's a good thing my boyfriend is out of town, I'll just say that. It didn't upset my stomach at all and didn't have me sitting on the porcelain throne or anything but the amount of methane production I'm experiencing is out of this world. Even my animals are having a hard time staying in the same room as me.The product is obviously high quality, just proceed with caution....
