Not enough streaming apps on this player.

Unit constantly freezes up.
Item arrived today and it’s going back tomorrow. I bought this to stream Netflix. After hooking unit up it immediately froze. Unplugged, waited a few seconds, tried again and it still froze up. Their troubleshooting is a joke: unplug replug. That’s suppose to solve issue. It didn’t. What a hassle. Not happy

Excellent Blue Ray
This is my second one of these and they are great. Gave one to my son

Basic but works great!
I know blu ray players are almost obsolete at this time but I still have numerous blu ray discs I sometimes like playing instead of streaming. This LG player looks very basic and cheap compared to other players I previously owned but it works and plays blu ray movies with incredible picture quality. No complaints as of yet!

Do not buy this Blu ray player for the streaming features
I was excited when I saw that it would have streaming services like Prone video, Netflix and Vudu. Only Vudu works. The rest freeze up and you have to unplug the player to get it to work again. This is a POS. would not recommend to anyone.

Believe the negative reviews
If you want to use this thing for streaming, don’t bother. Within the first five minutes of hooking it up and downloading Netflix, it froze up and I had to unplug it. When I restarted it, it lasted another 10 minutes then froze up again. This is now happened about three or four times. It’s an absolute waste. The only reason I got it was because my 10-year-old Blu-ray player stopped supporting Netflix, but the Wi-Fi was much stronger than this.
