Weighted 3 lb. hula hoop
It is wonderful. I really like it. Tried others and they fell apart. This is not in sections so no falling apart. I recommend it to any one who wants to loose a few pounds and trim down their middle. Many health benefits.

I love everything about this hula hoop!! Weight, softness, looks, results - perfect! I highly recommend this product.By the way, my first hula hoop was totally metallic and more heavy. And anyway I managed to get used to it and learn to make exersises. This hula hoop is a paradise in comparison to my previous. Very painful to use
Purchased this for my fiancé for Christmas, it is incredibly painful to use. She is very small, so I thought it might just be her. I tried it as well, and it felt like using a metal hula hoop without any padding. Im trying to send it back, but their return policy is so awful it’s not even worth it.

J Fit Weighted Hula Hoop
At first the hoop seemed heavy but once I got used to it, I love it. Much easier to keep it going than a regular hula hoop.

Need advice
I am an adult but I am only 4 ft 9 inches tall. I bought a 36 inch hula hoop from another source and it comes almost to my neck. I cannot 'hula' but I think it is too big. I thought this product, the J Fit, was smaller. The description says it is 30 inches when in reality it is also 36 inches in diameter. Bad description. However, it is very well made and I received it very quickly and in good condition. Anyway, I cannot make this one work, either. I cannot find a weighted hula hoop under 36 inches. Does anyone have any advice? Does anyone know where to find a smaller one? I would definitely recommend this to a taller person.

This hula hoop does not mess around. It's padded so it's comfortable to use but the weight provides a great workout. This is for an experienced hooper. Fantastic professional workout equipment. If you are complaining about bruises go home you haven't been hooping long enough for this one

Good size and weight
Good size and weight, but the foam sleeve is not fixed to the metal inner, and so moves about during use. It also means it makes a squeaking noise which can get annoying. The hoop is fine for waist and hip hooping, but bit too heavy for off body stuff and because of the movement between the inner and the outer it's hard to control for arm work etc.

love my hoop...the weight took a little getting used to but it's a great workout. i highly recommend this item
