Q: Would this cut wafer paper?

I cut paper shapes out using these die’s in my sizzix machine so yep it worked.

Q: What paper would you use. Just starting out

Try practicing with cheap copier paper till you get the result you want then try anything from120 GSM to180gsm. Stack each layer on top of the other then you will have a 3d flower known as decopage. Hope this helps you to get the result you want , good luck in your crafting have fun.

I've not tried it with felt but I think it would. It may need 2 passes through your cutting machine.

I think maybe use a thinner card. I try to curl edges with scissors or similar. No, they don’t look as good as photo but still look good when mounted
