These are great! They are big! They are not to scale to each other, which makes no difference to my 2 year old. They are sturdy and look good and are easy for little hands to hold, and big enough not to have to worry about my daughter choking.

I love these polybag animals. They are the perfect size for small hands and they aren't super light and flimsy either. My two boys (2 & 4yrs) love these animals as well. We are building our collection and they play with them daily. My 2 year old especially loves to play a one on one educational game with these. I'll lift an animal out of a basket and he has to repeat the name and sound. I plan to keep these for my grand children. They will last a long time!

I bought this for my three year old who is getting into animals, and loved her plastic bag set(the little ones with green sheep you get at the pharmacey;))This is those bags' big brother! They are much, much bigger than I expected, touch big for a three year old, perfect for kids up to say ten. They are very detailed, and pretty durable. I also bought her a Schliech (sp?)horse, and they are about the same size. They are not to scale, the pig is almost as big as the horse, but if they don't care, I don't care! Great buy, five good sized animals for ten bucks. Gonna try the other bags now!

These are hollow, hard plastic animals. They are not so hard that you almost die in the middle of the night when your kid has scattered their crap all over and you accidentally stomp one in the dark, but they are firm enough to at least make you howl and possible cuss if said actions occur. My daughter loves them. We play farm with them a lot and they hold up pretty good to a two year old banging them around. They are well made and look realistic. They can stand up on their own too. I bought another set of these toys (African animals) because I was so pleased with them the first time.

the animals are ok, good detail and all, however the proportions are odd, and they seem to have the heads cut off and glued back on.... weird....

Anything that keeps my wild child occupied and in one place is o.k. in my book. They're large and substantial and take baths with him all the time; he's crazy about them. I do call the sheep "ram," but these are a great bargain, as far as me and my little boy are concerned.

The animals are a great size for young hands and they are very realistic. The children were excited to see the animals and began using them immediately. Lots of roaring from the lions! There are some pointy or sharp parts that can be somewhat uncomfortable when the animals make contact with skin even when the animals are simply "walking" on arms, legs and backs but this is mildly uncomfortable.
