Q: Hello would a women’s XL fit into this costume?

Yes. The photo is now different from the time when I bought it for Halloween 2016, so I guess it's possible that it has changed, but I doubt it. The costume still looks the same, but it's a different person in the photo. But yes, it should fit a women who is XL. The band around the neck was very tight for some reason, but you can snip it with a scissors vertically down the back if needed. I did that, and the material didn't run.
