SunGrowLeopard Gecko Cholla Wood, 5 Inches Long, Create Basking Spot, Artistic Home-Decor, Lizards and Bearded Dragons, 6-Pack

I got them for my chinchillas and they munched on them but I can tell they weren’t overly impressed cause they didn’t devour the bark like they do most woods.

So they arrived and I was surprised to see that they were tiny (not tiny but smaller than expected) So I checked with a ruler right away. And I was surprised to see that they all are 5 inches in length one way or another. Some are slightly thicker than others, but they are mostly pretty thin (around 3/4 in to and inch) I would say since you get 6 in the pack, it is worth it to buy. They look pretty clean (as in no mold) they do have some dirt so you will need to boil these. I think they will work for what I needed them for. It is not very sheer, but the holes are pretty clear and I would bet that after a good long boil you could see through the holes.

My yellow cherry shrimp love hiding and grazing around these logs. I had to boil them to get them clean and waterlogged enough for them to sink but that was easy, since they were small enough to put in my pot. They've started to grow these black dots but some research online makes me think those are just regular/beneficial bacterial colonies for the tank. Anyways, I know I boiled them so they must be fine.

They are small, but I love the look of them. Has a kind of smokey grey look, very clean look to them. I'm pretty impressed, I actually got about 5 of these for aquarium and vivarium use. Excellent for isopods, shrimp, small critters, clean up crew. Very nice look that's hard to find.

Wood was correct size and received the correct number but it didn't look like the pictures. Instead of nice openings through the wood, half of the openings were clogged with wood debris. I had to manually scrub the wood and then manually remove the wood debris to get the nice openings again.
