Great quality, slow to boil
Like every MSR product, it’s incredibly light and well made, however at 10 minutes of run time the pot still didn’t boil, the drastic efficiency decrease makes this not very viable.

Best group backpacking cook system
I own many different types of stoves - the windburner series is by far my favorite. The larger size duo is perfect for boiling water and coffee or cleanup water for camp. This pot assists with reducing my fuel consumption, along with the integrated click-in style system to reduce heat loss. Fantastic design. I now own one of these pots for my family, in addition to the two we also use for Troop gear for larger outings. The pan also seats nicely into the bottom of the pot - but I also bought some mesh bags to help protect the pot from damages/scratching. The pot's lid also (mostly) fits onto the lid of the pan as well - so all in all, it makes a great system for cooking at camp. Not a bad weight, when we distribute this along with other group gear when we have >4 persons along.Cleans up well, doesn't burn (When we monitor the heat and keep the lid/liquid content right), and is a tough piece of gear.MSR all the way.As I mentioned, I own two of the MSR whisperlite internationals, a jetboil, and more. But this WindBurner series has become my new go-to gear.

Great product, Weak customer service
First, I love the Windburner system. My family just did an 8-day wilderness canoe trip and this stove system (stove, fry pan, 4.5L pot and smaller pot) exceeded expectations for boiling water for freeze-dried meals, coffee and cleaning. I highly recommend this system - efficient, effective and light weight. But, one of the rolling lid clips fell off the 4.5L pot. I know the campsite, but we (all 6 of us) could not find the clip. I contacted customer service for a replacement of the clip, and learned there is a 12-week wait for any response. I understand real-world staffing issues, but this seems way too long for a premium cook system. Additionally, I have an account with MSR, but after logging in, it transfers to Cascade Designs for warrantee and support. Account login information does not work for Cascade Designs accounts. The pot is now sitting on my kitchen table waiting for the part before I store it.This clip does not impact usage of the pot, but does prevent secure storage to keep all the pots secured during travel. I hope this gets better.

Broken
= MSR Wind burner 4.5 liter pot– Arrived missing one of the lid locks.RECOMMENDATION MSR expects you to do their quality control for them, as it's not in their budget. I recommend skipping on them as they don't do their own business..
