Watch for dents…not real dual fuel
People installing my stove kept commenting that the 120V outlet couldn’t possibly power this oven and didn’t believe that it’s dual fuel. After turning it on, I can confirm that, at least the large oven, is gas powered. Maybe the small oven is electric. I haven’t tried it yet. Either way, it’s very misleading. Had my cabinets not already been made for this stove, I would return it. As someone who loves to bake, I was sure to only look for dual fuel ovens. With that being said, I did bake a cake in the large oven and it turned out fine. Very disappointed in the fact that it’s not a true dual fuel, though. Also, the side of the oven came with a giant dent in it. Good thing it’s hidden…

Should have known when first shipment was damaged
Update: July 12, 2022Still no response on how to fix the oven being off by 100+ degrees. I would not order this again. After getting a replacement, it was a good thing that we had the beat up oven as the oven knob arrived broken. After finally getting it all installed and am pleasantly surprised at cooking on the range, the oven portion not so much. Literally seems to be off by 100 degrees, and the broiler is questionable at best. It seems to be working then out of nowhere it shuts off without doing what it should. So far, can't get an answer as to what to do to correct our issues. For something we spent good money on this has been a disappointment.

Couldn't get it on Amazon.com
I first ordered this stove on Amazon but seller told me the trucking company could not deliver it to me days later due to not servicing my area. That's not the manufacturer, seller, or Amazon fault. So I did manage to purchase it elsewhere and wanted to review it here too.The crate it came in was amazing. There is no physical way for this to get damaged during shipping and delivery if the crate is left on. It even has a fabric bag under the Styrofoam to protect the finish. If your stove is bent or dinged. It happened before crating or during install.Once unboxed, assembly was pretty straight forward. Put the oven handles on and put grates on top. Unclip all the oven racks because they are held still with zip ties. For installation the legs can unscrew from the bottom of the stove. They become wobbly. This is not the adjustable part of the leg. The bottom half of the leg adjusts out of the top part. The gas hookup is 3/4 female npt. Most stoves have 1/2 npt. If your fitting you are using to hook up the gas line is 1/2 then get an adapter at the hardware store. Plug in the power. That's it. Done. The stove is heavy. 400+ lbs. It doesn't move even with heavy pots and pans. The finish is nice. When verifying the oven Temps they were spot on. The main oven goes to 500* and is convection. The smaller oven goes to 450* and is not convection. The burners are powerful yet easy to adjust even down to a simmer. The grates are heavy cast iron and the top cleaning is easy. The included griddle is huge. It covers two burners front to back. All in all I highly recommend it.

Worst stove ever
First off good looking stove, and that is where it ends. If I give this this thing negative stars I would. I read the reviews about the oven temperature problem, and they were right. However it keeps getting worse. After two months it will not get above 400 degrees, and that is at 500 degrees. I get more heat off my wife's birthday cake than broiler puts off. The oven is constantly covered in soot. The oven racks are so lose that they jam when trying to pulling them out or putting them in. The oven racks when pulled out droop at shut a angle that anything on them slides right off, into your hands or onto the floor. This oven is noisy, every time you use hear the metal expand and contract, it is actually loud. The knobs get extremely hot, to the point you do not want to touch them. There is no simmering on this stove, PERIOD. To top it off the left rear igniter stop working.Forno says that they will have a service rep in my area in about three weeks. However recommends this stove, works for Forno, or you to be a victim like them.

Loved it until....
We have loved cooking with this range. We have had it for less than 6 months. The other day I noticed it was sitting uneven by about 3/4 of an inch on the side with the large oven. When my husband tried to adjust the legs, he found the threaded nutts for adjustment were melted. Obviously we are concerned and disappointed. Anyone else have this issue???

Legs are not durable!
After having our stove for a year, one of the legs gave out creating havoc and a safety concern. The burners are misaligned and releasing excessive gas.
