New charger that charges. GREAT!
Does what I expect. Arrived in a bag, not sure if that is normal. Either way, it seems to work, and has mounting options that i intend to use in my garage. LEDs are easy to understand, so I expect a simple use going forward. Time will tell how it holds up after many uses.
