Great system & Great Customer Service
The functionality of the product is Great. Everything that was stated about the system to include plug and play was very simple. The best part is that it integrated with my car in a matter of seconds. However, I must speak about the customer service (Cheney Chen陈琼). When I originally ordered the system, I ordered the wrong one. Customer service immediately contacted me, asked questions about my car and also notified me that I ordered the wrong one. To make a long story short, I cancelled the order, and placed a new order. Cheney Chen陈琼 informed me that the system was already in the US warehouse, and I would receive it in couple of days verse 15 days or longer. I received the system and in about an hour I completed the installation. However, I was unable to receive any sound through the system. I contacted customer service and Cheney Chen陈琼 immediately responded and suggested I did not have AUX cable connected. That was correct and the next day I received a follow up email in response to the problem to ensure that problem was resolved. Now I call that GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Thanks Cheney Chen陈琼

Stopped working correctly after the return window | Would not recommend
It worked pretty decently for the first 25-28 days. The unit has been a hassle now after the return window has passed. Getting CarPlay to connect is a headache. Also, the audio quality is nowhere near as good as the oem Bluetooth as the unit has a built in EQ. I would not recommend this unit. Took a chance so you won’t have to . . .

Worth the money
I feel like I have a brand new car, through certain concerns the customer service team was excellent. It does work on RC 350, but there is no selection for it in car type… which changes how your buttons work. I just chose the closes car until they bring an update. At the end of the day for a system that had nothing this really to my car to the next level.

Works Perfectly!
Installed this on my 2016 Lexus is 200t yesterday. Completely wireless CarPlay. Had an issue getting my back up camera working tech support helped me fix it in a timely manner! Completely integrated with the Lexus system. 100% plug and play. You do have to take quite of few items off the vehicle to install. But once it’s in it’s great. Definitely worth having the modern radio in my 2016! One of my favorite upgrades yet

Good when it wants to work, Horrible when it’s hot and turns off on its own
Update 9/2023 - I’ve had this unit for 2 years and the first year with it was fine but now there’s a new issue that is starting to arise. When ever the screen is exposed to direct sun which happens about 50% of the time I’m driving the screen will cut off almost as if the screen is over heating. After a while the screen will come back on. Also noticed that if you hit decent bumps in roads it’s enough to cause it to shut off. Seems like there is something hardware related in the screen that is wrong. I contacted customer support a year ago and they supplied me a new harness which helped a bit but ultimately it seems like there is an issue with screen itself. Almost as if the housing or something inside the screen is causing the screen to short and turn off. I love the bigger screen but for it to work less effectively than the oem is kind of disappointing considering it’s almost $800. I live in Colorado so year round it’s not hot but over the summer it is. Over the summer even with the sunshade on my front windshield during the day, the screen would remain off. Touching the screen it’s hot hot. Ultimately kind of torn on if I like the product or if you should spend your money on a different aftermarket screen. When it works it is great but when it over heats and turns off or shorts out on itself it’s really annoying. Just my little long term review on a product I used to love but am thinking about replacing.First off, the customer service was absolutely amazing. They are super responsive and answer your questions really quickly. I chose expedited shipping and received it in about 5 days. The product I bought was the 64gb model with the rectangular controller. I would recommend the 64gb over the 32gb not only for storage but for the Qualcomm processor. This processor is definitely better than the earlier Samsung ones found in the earlier versions of this android unit.Installation of the product is actually super easy. For me it took me less than 30 minutes and everything was back together. The hardest part of the install is pulling and routing the wires behind the dash. It’s a tight squeeze so smaller hands would definitely be recommended. All the trim is just held in with screws and clips so don’t be too scared. There’s no tricks here. Also, there are 4 yellow clips on the back of the oem screen. You will need to take them off and put them on the new one to get the screen to firmly seat into the car. Without them the screen will move when you drive since it’s just sitting there with nothing holding it in.I’ll start off with the pros and then the cons.Pros:-The Qualcomm processor boots up pretty fast. I’d say about 20 seconds or less and it’s all booted up and ready to go. Enough time to get in and buckle yourself up and get situated.-The big 10 inch screen is definitely an upgrade compared to the little tiny 7 inch one in the car.-If you like the oem system and just want the big screen you can! Just leave it in the Lexus mode and you’ll never know that it’s an android unit.-The carplay works pretty good. It’s a pro that it is wireless-The touch screen is super responsive and a bit reflective which I like because it makes it feel more premium compared to a matte screen.Cons:-Carplay won’t connect every single time. You might have to connect it manually for it to work and it may take a while. You also need to connect both WiFi and Bluetooth to make it work which can get annoying if you have to keep manually connecting it.-Carplay music will stop playing when you put the car in reverse which is odd.-The trim piece they give you is okay. It doesn’t clip in and sit flush like the oem one but it’s okay. You can’t see it when you’re driving but you can see it when you look at the trim piece. It’s small but I noticed it.Overall, I would highly recommend this unit to anyone with a Lexus 3IS or 1RC with the small 7 inch screen. Once you install it, you feel like you’re driving a completely different car that is now years newer with all the tech you want. Although it is pricey, you can’t beat it for the features and ease of installing it as it is all just plug and play. Hope this review helps y’all with your decision!

PURCHASE FOR A 2018 IS300
They had the best price and fast shipping. The only issue I have is I cant hear waze was told I need to put it in Aux mode. If I do that I can't listen to the radio or my music app. So makes no sense. Also I can either use waze app or music app at one time. Seems like there both features are fighting for the Bluetooth. Cant use waze and listing to my music at the same time. Other than that its a step up from the factory oem. I did email the manufacture but never got a reply

Longevity is the problem
The media could not be loaded. I bought the unit in November of last year, it seems like it lasted roughly 8 months however, within the last couple of months I’ve noticed some things have been acting up. First issue I’ve noticed seems to affect the function of the radio. Randomly the radio stops in terms of the audio however. When the phones still connected to the car via cable the audio still works. Second issue I have noticed is connecting to the actual Apple CarPlay has become more and more difficult. I would say it works about 25% of the time, and then the last issue is constant, resetting and freezing. I made the mistake of not buying the additional warranty so if you are going to buy this, make sure you buy that warranty because for me spending $800 on the unit and getting eight months out of it just isn’t cost-effective. I’ve reached out to the seller but haven’t gotten any response back. So I’m going to remove the unit and put the factory one back in that way I’m able to listen to my factory satellite radio.Sad situation.
