Table came broken, seller bent backwards to fix it.
Support slats came broken. Seller overnighted all parts affected and was extremely cordial on phone and email. Good company, even better people. You need a small workshop table? Buy from Grizzly.

The shipping materials were in very poor condition upon delivery
If I could give this table zero stars, I would. This is because of the price and the condition that I received it. The shipping materials were in very poor condition upon delivery, with some damage to the wooden table surface, which I noted on the waybill. Upon assembling the table, the braces that the drawers were to ride upon were out of alignment a full 1/4 inch. I had to repair this myself in order to get the drawers to fit and work. This, coming from a company that makes precision machinery for wood and metal working! The table costs too much for what it really is. I should have built one myself and saved a lot of money.

Really sturdy and good looking workbench!
The Grizzly T10157 Workbench is very sturdy and looks awesome! Fairly easy to assemble but as others suggested, the threaded shelf mounting holes were too high for the shelf to be user friendly for storing larger items or for easy access. We installed the shelf using the same lower threaded holes for the adjustable legs and it's a very nice fix!

Product is designed and manufactured poorly.
Received this work bench and the box was in poor condition not to mention that the shipment tracking indicated the unit was shipped to Indiana, not my home in CA, thus received later than promised. No damage. Instructions are poor!! Many of the bolts, screws, etc were wrong and I spent three trips to local hardware to find something that worked but nowhere what was listed. Very poor situation!Drawers were very difficult to install, zero instructions of any use. After several attempts I got the drawers to install but they worked poorly. Easy to see that preinstalled alignment is not parallel. Drawers do not work at all, ball bearings fell out and no way to uninstall the drawers and no instructions. Bad experience all around. Would never buy this model again. Company even disclaims bolts and screws and tells you to go to the hardware stare.Bottom Line. Very expensive, lots of work, and poor quality of drawers is a huge inconvenience. Not sure I can use the drawers now, glued as instructed.

Well-designed and built workbench, with a few assembly issues
This bench works as advertised -- solid, nicely finished heavy wood top with ample bench dog holes, well-designed vises, sturdy metal legs and shelf. Assembly was fairly straightforward, with the usual Ikea-style terse instructions and the requirement to pay close attention to what goes where and why.During assembly I encountered three issues, which may or may not be minor depending on your mechanical problem-solving ability and dexterity:1. On one of the vise installations, it turned out that the pilot holes for the screws holding the leadscrew plates for the vice assemblies to the underside of the table top were misaligned. These screws really need pilot holes, because they're made of brass, and the screw heads will twist right off if you try to force them into the hard wood of the table on their own. It's fairly easy to position and drill new pilot holes, but it really shouldn't be necessary in a fairly expensive table like this.2. The drawers have rather light-duty rails to ride on. The installation method leaves a certain amount of side-to-side play in the attachment of the rail assemblies under the table top. If the rail assemblies are not precisely the correct distance apart, the drawers will jam and destroy the roller bearings in the rails.3. One of the mounting screws holding the table top's side strips was misaligned and split a big chunk of the side strip off. I was able to redirect the screw and glue the chunk back on, and fortunately the location is under one of the vise assemblies so it doesn't show.Other than these problems, I emphasize that the table will suit my needs very well for a long time.

I’m liking it
I bought this used/new in sealed boxes. The drawers were the only real pain to assemble but easy enough after some dry fits. They could have labeled the drawer pieces better. The current Amazon price is 1300+ and I didn’t pay anywhere near even half of that, so I might be more fussy about the product if I had. But, it’s a good bench for my hobbyist needs.
