The watch arrived today. Super happy with the watch itself, however:1. While everything was in one package, the watch was wrapped in bubble wrap and outside of the official Tissot box. Odd, but didn’t inspire confidence.2. While the watch body was flawless and beautiful, one of the band keeper loops was split in half (see pics). Not the end of the world, but very disappointed since it’s a brand new watch. Also made me wonder about the bubble wrap situation.I contacted the seller today, waiting for a response. Requested either a replacement watch or band. If I receive either, this will make for a 5 star rating as the delivery was quicker than expected and if customer service is as good as the delivery time, I’ll be happy. Otherwise the low rating stays.We’ll see I guess.
