Q: What is the difference between the pro and the standard model?

I just called Nest Customer Support (12/7/19) and was told there is absolution no difference in the product. So the cheaper Nest 3rd Gen Learning is the same as the Pro and there is no reason not to get the less expensive one. None.

Q: Does this model work with the Amazon Echo?

Yes it does now!!! They just released an echo update last week allowing the echo to connect directly to Nest without the need for IFTTT programming (the old Work around to connect nest to echo). It works on the 2nd gen model too.

Q: What is the warranty on this product?

There is no warranty from us as an individual seller. However, if you check the website of nest, they may have more information. We guarantee that this is brand new third generation pro thermostat. Thanks for asking this question.

Q: Does this come complete with mouting hardware?

Yes it has all the hardware needed. If you have an older unit that is rectangular it has a rectangular face plate to cover the same area.
