Q: If you purchased it, how well has it held up? my kids carry a lot of books due to their class schedules, so it needs to be sturdy.

I am very satisfied with it. It is roomy, versatile, handy and well built. However if the kids will carry it on their backs and not use it on wheels, you should note that the link holding the straps is not the sturdiest. I had a heavy backpack and when I pulled on the strap to swing the backpack on to the shoulder, the link broke.

Q: I am 6' tall, is the handle long enough for a tall person without having to bend over? Thanks

No that would be too tight it's 19 high x14 x11 with stuff in it. It has a hard back. And wheels.

It’s too big for a 6 year old. I regularly get asked where I’m going on a trip because people assume I am traveling because it’s a large bag.
