No they do not. They stay put which I like. They are smooth and comfortable. I often wear them to bed when my legs are tired.

Q: I am 5'9 and weigh 138. my legs are long and skinny. should i follow the size chart and go with a large or should i go with a medium? suggestions?

Q: is the fabric soft or clammy like regular panty hose? I have used the futuro brand compression stockings and those feel yucky on the skin.

Hi there, they are not clammy like panty hose. I find them quite breathable. They are more like sheer tights,I wear them under my loose trousers while working. I'm in retail and spend many hours on my feet. They help considerably with my leg fatigue.
