Samsung Galaxy A12 Blue (non UK Version)

REasonably priced does everything I wanted and more.

I am not a big phone user but I was upgrading from a very cheap O6 phone which worked ok but was slow and did not have particularly good cameras.This A12 in my experience does absolutely everything I want; I hardly use it for speech, using Whatsapp and Gmail for communication. I like the screen wich shows all apps that are open with the ability to close all of them at the touch of an icon. The cameras are particularly good.I have installed NOD32 Antivirus for peace of mind.

Great phone if you don't want to spend around £1k on the latest android or iPhone. Had it a few months and has been working fine. Doesn't have all the latest tech, software etc but does the basics well. Has facial and fingerprint recognition. Camera quality is very basic but I don't take many pics on a phone.

I needed a new phone as my old Samsung J5 was running out of memory, and the battery was running down faster. A friend researched this phone as she needed a new one as well. The camera is great, the battery is phenomenal and the memory is brilliant. I'm not used to fingerprint security system, but it works well. With it being a Samsung replacing a Samsung it was a breeze to copy apps and everything else over using Smart switch. Top marks, this phone is just great.

Bought this phone 19th of January 2020 having problems with audio distorted voices etc messaged seller who has told me there is nothing they can do and to take it to a mobile shop. Absolutely disgusting customer service i do not recommend this seller I am left with a phone phone I cannot hear people what they are saying on the phone and now I am left to go and pay to have his mistake rectified. Update Amazon stepped in seller had to refund me for faulty phone but yet again seller tried to say it was not broken and it was my fault he would only refund me 80% saying I had phone for 3 months use This is worst phone Ever . Amazon again stepped in and got me the rest of my refund. Avoid This seller at all costs he was aggressive and quite abusive at times saying that I made it up that the phone was damaged Avoid Avoid Avoid
