Advantix II Topical Prevention and Treatment of Ticks and Fleas for Medium Dogs 11 - 20 Lbs 2 Month

I ordered the Advantix II for 11-20 pound dogs from Roxana Cowart and the product box looked really beat up, even though the box the order came in was in perfect shape, so that made me feel a little unsure about the product. I then looked for the product code, so I could make sure the product code on the foil wrapper matched the product code on the box and was really surprised to find no product code on the beat-up cardboard box! I called Amazon because the Advantix II is a great product and Amazon is a great place to buy things from. I told the agent I would place another order, just in case it was an accident but the second order was a complete repeat of the first. The shipping package was in perfect shape, the Advantix II box was beaten up, and there was no product code. I am writing this review because Advantix II is a great product but pet owners need to be sure that what they ordered is what they get and the product code is one way of making sure what is inside the box is what the maker put in the box because the foil product code should match the product code on the cardboard box. Please don't be afraid of the product just be very careful about whom you order from and match product codes so your furry family member gets what you want to put on them and they have no ill effects from a possible wrong product. I will not be buying from this person again because I can't trust that what I ordered is what I get so please be careful and keep giving your fur babies what they deserve, the best product, at a price that is more affordable but should be the same product as what some places charge double for. Again, don't be afraid to use the Advantix II, after checking to make sure it's what you ordered, the picture on the buying page and what you get should look the same and check product codes, because this is not something Bayer did, I have used many Bayer products including Advantix II many times with great results and all the other products have had product codes that matched in both places so Bayer is doing its job and it's a great product!! I do not work for Bayer, I am just an animal lover who hates the thought of any animal getting hurt by a product that was possibly not meant for them.

Eliminated the fleas on my dog but doesn't last a full month. I would say 3 weeks max

I have been using Advantix for years. Originally because my Pomeranian Dolly had seisures with flea meds. I tried Advantix and it has never had a side affect or caused any seisures for my dog. No fleas either!!

The vendor followed up to make sure that I was satisfied with the product😊

At first I was very pleased. Only worked for a week. I'm not sure if this is the real product as when we've used this in the past it worked much longer. We had also treated the yard and house the same day. We either have some superstrain of fleas in TX this year or this stuff just doesn't cut it.

We bought for our Chihuahuas which are in the range of the one that we bought pound wise and both are having fairly severe neurological side effects four days later such as troubles walking and musculoskeletal issues. I looked it up and it appears this is a side effect so be careful with small dogs.
