Perfect for cocktails/mocktails!
I created a Ginger/Pear martini for my restaurant bar. A search ensued for the perfect ginger syrup. It had to be all natural and have a strong flavor, but not be too sweet.I tried a few and settled on a different brand initially because it was kinda flavorful and the least sweet - but i had to add ginger beer to the martini to really bring out the flavor.Amazon suggested this a few weeks later (where were you with your suggestions a month ago Amazon? ;)I'd already wasted a bunch of money on ok syrups, and a couple pretty good syrups, but none of them had WOWed, so I decided to take a chance. I swear sometimes Amazon knows me better than myself, because WOW!STRONG, concentrated Ginger flavor with just a perfect hint of sweetness. The sugar does not overpower the actual star here, folks. Bonus is I only need a tiny bit to infuse anything I want with a crisp ginger flavor, so I won't go through this as quickly as the other ginger syrup I was using.I put this in a squeeze bottle and put it behind the bar. I'm reaching for it for far more than that one martini! In the restaurant industry, we tend to have a higher than normal average of hungover employees who are expected to function at a fast pace. I include this in my super secret hangover cure for cooks, servers and bartenders (and sometimes managers). It also makes a delicious home made Ginger ale if you don't like the high fructose corn syrup options.I've also used it in countless delicious mocktails I've whipped up for guests or co-workers - or sometimes myself.Anyway, this is it.This is the one.Search over.

Strong ginger syrup, perfect for cocktails
By far the most powerful ginger syrup I've tried, and it tastes like actual ginger. The aromatics are there, it's not too sweet, it's an actual ginger bomb (in the best possible way). It's so much stronger than my homemade syrup that I've actually had to slightly dial it back in recipes.

Always keep it on hand
Of all the different syrups from this company, the hibiscus is by far my favorite. It has the perfect balance of tangy, sharp, and sweet flavors — vibrant without being overpowering. The quality is outstanding and absolutely worth the price. I initially bought my first two bottles as a gift for someone, but after trying it myself, I was so impressed that I’ve been buying more for myself every couple of months ever since. It’s become a regular must-have in my kitchen. Highly recommend!

Ginger Syrup use
I use ginger for better digestion. I put the syrup in my beverage so its not quite so pungent.

Tastes more like weeds than roses!
I was so excited about getting the Rose Cordial Syrup! When I did it was super disappointing. First, it took a long time to finally ship, about a month. But I love all things roses, so I didn't mind waiting. My plan was to make rose flavored tea and coffee for the holidays. Unfortunately, it tasted terrible in both tea and coffee. I tried various blends of tea and coffee, but there was no way to "fix" the terrible taste. I can't help but wonder if this is made from rosehips rather than rose petals(?) The only way to describe it is like weeds. I figured this is probably best used for cocktails and such. So, I tried it in a glass of chilled sparkling water. Sadly, it tasted no better. I certainly will not be purchasing the Rose Cordial Syrup again nor can I recommend it. HOWEVER, I did purchase the Lavender Syrup by this brand and it is lovely in everything! It also shipped right away.
