This thing is great! Well made and looking, fun and LOUD! You will be annoyed with it in less than 10 growls, but the kids will continue all day. So make sure to give it to family members who don't live with you and make their days memorable.

When the grabber arrived it’s jaw was dislocated. The pin had slipped out during shipping and it was the exact shade as the package. Once I finally found it I slipped and snapped it back in the jaw and it works great.

The little lever was disconnected when I received it, so the mouth would not close. I almost sent it back for a replacement, but I was able to fix it. If this happens to you, hold the mouth shut and move the little metal piece on the inside to be looped around the hook on the lever. Works fine now, but I might glue it down just to be sure.

I love this! Even though the neck is technically too short to do what I wanted it for, I’m definitely keeping it. The roar is a bit loud but that’s the point I think! If the roar ever goes out I’ll probably just trade out the stick for a longer one and keep it because it’s so cool

This toy has been a favorite in our house since we purchased it. For a grabber toy, its fairly durable and the sound still works over a year later. Customer service is fantastic as well.

I was beyond mad when I received this item. It was completely broke when I opened the box. Where the mouth opens up on the dinosaur the metal piece was bent ,the pin that goes through the back of the mouth that makes it open and close had come out one one side and I had to try and shove it back in there and it lasted maybe 15 mins before it fell out again and pieces started coming off in my sons room so we had to trash it. He was really looking forward to playing with that fossil type dinosaur. Just wish the product wouldn’t have been damaged

As a pregnant lady who can't reach stuff on the floor my grabbing dino is the perfect addition to my home and office. It's hinged jaw allows for ease in picking stuff up off the floor and the dino roar sounds reminds my partner that I'm about to be the fun parent.

Really great concept. A fun grabber, looks nice, and the noise it makes is fun.My 7-year-old got one for his birthday as a gift. It broke on day one. We thought it was a fluke so I replaced it with this one from amazon. It was the exact same thing. Broke after 2 days.We have a younger child, so perhaps the two of them were just being too rough with it. But for two of them to break in such a short period of time suggest these aren't really built to last.
