A quality product and a fantastic value! am a 51 year old female but I was able to install both headlight assemblies in less than 20 minutes. One click and old headlight assemblies came out. These replacements slid right in, a perfect fit. I just clicked to lock them in. They worked great. My car looks so much better with these new shiny headlight frames and crystal clear glass. I recommend them for anyone wanting to change a headlight assembly The price was fantastic. The pair was over $300 less than the $500 Volkswagen wanted for them.

Fits great bulbs are nice and bright. Had to take apart and snap a ball socket together to get adjustments working.

They work great passenger side was little difficult but they are nice and bring first 3 pictures is the new ones the last one was the factory ones

In my 2004 Beetle there was kind of a slide bar which you pull to remove the existing headlights which my big Chlitons book mentioned. Other than that, no real surprises. Rubber surround seemed to match the curves of my fenders pretty well. Glad I purchased these.

Decent product, not up to the quality of the own Bosch units but at less than half the price, I am more than satisfied. This company’s customer support was excellent, I will most definitely purchase from them again.

Great buy for the money. Lights worked great and bright. Knownhownto put in before start is my only advice. YouTube has good videos. Not something you want to do at night.

These are decent headlights, but you get what you pay for. They're clear and bright and look nice. However, the fit on my '98 TDI bug was only OK. They do fit, but it's hard to get the seals to sit properly and they don't quite fit tight all the way around. Adjusting these things takes a little patience and is rather finicky. It seems kind of "sticky" where you'll be turning the screw and it doesn't seem to be doing anything then the light will suddenly jump. Also, the low beams don't seem to adjust very well (they do, but it's not nearly as obvious as the highs). The alignment of the low/hi beams leaves something to be desired as well. For one, they are offset horizontally from each other. The driver side one was almost aligned, but the passenger side one had the hi beam pointing way off to the left in comparison to the low. As one other reviewer pointed out, they are also way to far apart vertically. Adjusting for the low beams has the highs pointed at the tree tops and vice versa. Overall, they're ok if you're on a budget, but don't expect too much.

I have a 2005 New Beetle TDI. The original headlamps have been leaking and clouding up for years, and I just never bothered to get new ones. Finally the driver side lens just fell off, so that was the sign - time for new headlamps! These arrived quickly, matched the original parts exactly, had the bulbs already installed. They were packed well-protected. They’re not the easiest thing to install, but that isn’t the fault of the parts, it’s the design of the car.
